On October 21, the Orange County Regional Chapter of CAI presented “Leadership of Boards & Managers – Conflict Resolution” at its Educational Luncheon at the Costa Mesa Hilton. Marybeth O. Green, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, VP of Education and Development at Seabreeze Management Company, Inc., AAMC provided insight from a management perspective. David N. Jacob, President of FirstService Residential, AAMC and President of Villa, spoke from his years-long experience as a Board leader. John R. MacDowell, Esq., CCAL, senior shareholder at Fiore, Racobs & Powers, A PLC, addressed legal issues.
