CAI-OC’s Legislative Support Committee (LSC) orchestrated an epic concert to benefi t the CAI’s California Legislative Action Committee (CAI-CLAC) at Cook’s Corner for the third year in a row. Cook’s Corner, a biker bar and restaurant located in Trabuco Canyon, is known for its historic and rustic ambiance. Although located off the beaten path, it is an iconic staple with a country vibe, loved by locals and visitors alike.

More than 450 attendees welcomed The Refl exx to the stage, a cover band well-known and loved by CAI-OC members and famed for its iconic 80’s hits! It’s no surprise that all those in attendance spent signifi cant time on the dance fl oor, enjoying the company of friends, colleagues, and business partners.

The concert is held annually as a fundraiser for CAI-CLAC, a statewide non-profi t organization helping to educate legislators about common interest development living and governance. CAI- CLAC’s mission is to safeguard and improve the community association lifestyle and property values by advocating a reasonable balance between State statutory requirements and the ability and authority of individual homeowners to govern themselves through their community associations.

The LSC raised more than $20,000 at this event. The funds will be used to support continued efforts related to the betterment of community association living in California. This could not have been accomplished without the incredible sponsors, committee volunteers, and Chapter staff. Many thanks to all who worked so diligently to help make the night a success!
