As a former manager and currently a business partner, CAI-Orange County has provided the education I needed to thrive then and avenues to develop business relationships now.

I’m grateful for the continued opportunities to stay informed on our industry’s happenings, the easily accessible resources provided by CAI and the opportunities for professional connections that turn into trusted partnerships. Getting involved with CAI has endless benefi ts for our ever- growing industry and its professionals within and I’m grateful to be a part of it all.

Russell Carpe Pierhouse Condominium Association

I joined CAI-OC in 2008 as the Marketing Manager for Fenceworks. As a Business Partner I was able to develop relationships with Managers, Business Partners and HOA Board Members. CAI gave

me the opportunity to grow the business for the company as well as enabled personal growth. I became an Educated Business Partner in 2014 shortly after the program was started. The connections, friendships and lifelong relationships formed in CAI enabled me to retire. I have continued as a CAI-Homeowner Leader. The knowledge I have gained has given me the chance to contribute to my HOA as a well-informed HOA Board Member. Being elected to The Board of Directors of the Chapter has been an honor and I continue to be active in the Chapter. CAI is not just an association of communities, but it has become an important part of my professional and personal life. The question I am asked most at CAI events is why I am still involved after I retired. It’s simple…where else can I go and enjoy lunch with several hundred good friends and at the same time gain knowledge and contribute to a great organization.

CAI has been a valuable resource to our Community Management Team. CAI’s continuing education classes, seminars, networking events, and publications ensure our community
