ARE YOU NEW TO THE INDUSTRY? FEEL A LITTLE LOST WHEN ATTENDING YOUR FIRST LUNCHEON OR SOCIAL EVENT? OR, ARE YOU READY TO SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE AS A MENTOR?


THEN JOIN THE EMERGING LEADERS AND MENTORSHIP PROGRAM.


The program’s purpose is to support, inspire, educate and guide business partner members to better understand and succeed in our industry. Whether it is to garner and retain business, grow and develop skills, or become an industry leader.


PROGRAM ACTIVITIES • Paired with an industry veteran (mentor) for tips and best practices. • Attend a one-hour informational course. • Attend a CAI-OC Committee meeting. • Attend a one-hour ethics course. • Author or co-write an article for the OC View. • Attend one educational and one social event.


IS THERE A FEE? The mentorship program is free, but there may be event fees since attendance at two CAI-OC events is a requirement in the program.
