Outreach Committee’s Day at the Food Bank

The CAI-OC Community Outreach Committee organized a Food Drive and volunteer day benefiting the Orange County Food Bank.


CAI-OC members came together to donate a total of 1,435 pounds of food! This food will go to low-income families and individuals throughout our Orange County communities.


In conjunction with the Food Drive, the Community Outreach Committee organized a volunteer day at the OC Food Bank. On Saturday, February 25th, members of CAI Orange County volunteered to pack up boxes of food that will be delivered to low-income senior citizens. These boxes contained non-perishable items such as canned goods, pasta, rice, and other staples that will provide much-needed nutrition to those who are often forgotten. This incredible group of volunteers worked hard and were able to pack 2,228 boxes of food!


Volunteering is a great way to give back to the community and help those in need. Thank you to everyone who participated. We are truly “Building Better Communities” together!
