STEVE SILBERMAN, AMANDA PATON, JOHN BALZANTO AND JAMES NEUMANN

After 40 years of providing superior accounting, audit and tax services to the Condominium, Townhome, Cooperative and HOA industry (at Frost, Ruttenberg and Rothblatt and Marcum LLP), Steve Silberman and his Association team bring their expertise and industry passion to FSB&W LLC, Certified Public Accountants, located at 250 Parkway Drive, Suite 330, Lincolnshire, Illinois 60069.

Steve’s association team joined FSB&W because of its outstanding service, dedicated personalized attention and proactive team approach that his team has delivered for decades. Steve Silberman is a certified public accountant and partner with FSB&W. Steve has 40 years of experience in this industry. He has served on the Board of the CAI Illinois Chapter, been Treasurer and currently is Co- Chair of the Finance Committee. He also is a member of the Homeowners Forum committee. He has written many articles and been a regular presenter and instructor for CAI Illinois and many other organizations over the years. In 2012, Steve was recognized by the CAI-Illinois Chapter when he received the Olympus award for his profound influence as an individual in the development of the chapter.

Amanda Paton is a certified public accountant and partner with FSB&W. Amanda has 14 plus years of experience in the industry. She has also been an active member of the CAI Illinois Chapter, serving on the magazine and social committees and was co-chair of the summer social committee. She has written articles for CAI’s Common Interest Magazine on various financial topics impacting associations and has also been a frequent industry presenter. In 2015, she won the Illinois CPA Society’s Woman to Watch – Emerging Leader Award and the CAI rising star award which is awarded to newer committee members who have proven to be an asset to the Illinois Chapter.

John Balzanto, CPA brings 18 years of association experience and James Neumann, CPA brings 5 years of association experience to FSB&W. Both John and James are highly involved in the industry and frequently sought after for their association expertise.
