New guide explains
accessible trails Universal Access Trails and Shared Use Paths: Design, Management, Ethical, and Legal Considerations is a new publication of the Pennsylvania Land Trust Association. The goal is to help trail groups, local governments, and land trusts plan, develop, and operate trails that are accessible by all people, including those with limited mobility. The 145-page book includes best man- agement practices as well as legal issues in a clear and attractive format.
