Check out these employees from Dolphin in UAE assembling bolt-on radiators for the North American trucking market.
Here’s a recent job from SKL Aluminium in Quebec, Canada for a water purification plant. This was an 8 piece copper brass radiator core unit converted to 8 radiator cores made from aluminum. There are two radiators married together. One radiator is for the water jacket circuit, and the other radiator is for the aftercooler circuit.
This is a wood chipper with a CAT engine. The team at Rocky Mount Radiator got the entire cooling package, repaired the brackets and side channels, and recored both of the CACss and the radiator. This job took a couple of days, the majority of it being prep time and assembly repair. Kenny Paff is seen here putting on the finishing touches.
