EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT

“Hardest working crew in the heat transfer business! This job was time consuming, difficult, and stressful. But, after countless hours and a few setbacks, this is the crew that never gives up on anything and still meets deadlines. This is the crew that you want on every job for your heat transfer needs. We want to acknowledge these people that make it happen everyday in order to get things done right and on time. Thank you!”

Rikki Fangue has been a service clerk at Radiator Service Company in Houma, Louisiana since February 2009. Oil prices fell from a high of $133.88 a barrel in June of 2008 to a low of $39.09 in February of 2009. Lower corporate earnings led to Rikki being laid off from a major oil drilling company. When her manager laid her off, he suggested she come apply for a job at Radiator Service Company. Within hours, she was hired and the rest is history. Radiator Service Co. owner/operator David Bienvenu said, “We’ve worked in the same office within 12 feet of each other for over 25,000 hours and have never had cross words. Somedays I listen to her talking ‘radiator’ to customers on the phone or in the lobby, and I am amazed at the knowledge she has accumulated about the heat transfer industry. Rikki is a very vital part of our team here at Radiator Service Co., Inc.”

Jake’s Radiator in Norwalk, Ohio wants to recognize Jeff Eastman who recently celebrated 32 years working at the shop. Jeff is a radiator specialist.
