THE 2021 NARSA/IDEA FALL CONFERENCE will take place September 16-17, 2021, and we have a fantastic lineup of programs, tours, and events. Everyone is ready to get back to in-person gatherings, and we are looking forward to a well-attended meeting.
Our host hotel this year is the Gaylord Texan Hotel in Grapevine, Texas. There are discounted rates for NARSA/IDEA members. To receive the discounted room rate, reservations must be made on or before August 24, 2021. Contact Mary Margaret Miller (marymargaret@narsa. org) to learn more. If you’d prefer to stay at another location, there are several hotels in downtown Grapevine and the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

On Thursday, we’ll have a day of programming at the Grapevine Concourse Center. Economist Dr. Mary Kelly will join the NARSA/IDEA family once again and share information with us about succession planning and improving your leadership skills. Marty Martinelli from Old World Industries will also lead a presentation on HD coolants. In addition, there will be roundtable discussions and information sessions to make sure that your business has all the tools it needs to succeed and grow in the current market. We’ll finish the day with a BBQ vendor dinner, so that you can network with other NARSA/IDEA members!
While Thursday will be programming focused, Friday will include a “DPF/
Radiator Road Tour.” Our members will have the opportunity to tour and view several different shops and facilities in and around the Dallas area. This will be a fantastic chance to see the behind-the- scenes operations of some of the leading businesses in our industry. We’ll also have other opportunities to network and socialize with your colleagues.
