Refrigerated Solutions


Group Robert Watson joined Refrigerated Solutions Group as its new regional sales manager for the eastern United States. Watson is an industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience in hospitality and foodservice sales. His background includes furniture sales and material handling as well as mobile dining and retail. Most recently, he was eastern regional sales manager with Lakeside Manufacturing. Prior to that, he was regional territory manager for Wenger Corp.


“I am very excited to be joining the RSG team and look forward to a lot of strong years ahead,” Watson said in a press release.

In his new role, Johnston will cover the South and Southeast regions, including Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, George and Florida. Johnston brings more than 16 years of foodservice industry experience to the company. He is also a graduate of the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and Kendall College and he holds many certifi cations from Ecole Ritz Escoffi er, a culinary school based in Paris.


T ermo-Kool


Thermo-Kool, a manufacturer of blast chillers and walk- in coolers and freezers, promoted Melissa Harrison to inside sales manager. Harrison joined Thermo- Kool in 2000 and since then has taken on many roles including drafter, administrative secretary and customer account representative. Most recently, she served as sales supervisor, effectively leading inside sales through the retirement transition of Thermo-Kool’s long tenured vice president and national sales manager


and the hiring of a new national sales manager.
