Christopher Ball, a former corporate chef, joined Alto- Shaam in the newly created role of regional sales manager in the Middle East. His primary focus is Saudi Arabia, as the kingdom realizes its vision of the future: “Vision 2030.” The strategic framework aims to create a more sustainable and diverse economy by 2030. Developing economic


growth activities and strategies in the region, Ball will build and maintain long- term working relationships with key customers, including channel partners, foodservice consultants, kitchen designers, key chain accounts and end users.

American Panel Corp American Panel Corp., a


manufacturer specializing in walk-in refrigerators and blast chillers, promoted Jesse Erskin to national sales manager. Erskin has been with American Panel for more than 17 years and most recently served as internal sales manager. In his new role, he will oversee all of American Panel’s manufacturer reps and manage contractors and national accounts. Erskin will continue to meet with and train consultants and dealers across the country, both in person and virtually as needed.


“Jesse has been a key part of our success in managing the sales team and our relationships with our customers,” the company said in a press release. “We are thrilled to promote him to this new position and are confi dent he will continue to excel in it.”

named Jason Prondzinski vice president of foodservice sales, leading the strategic sales initiatives for Boelter’s design, equipment and supply business.


For the past fi ve years,


Prondzinski served as vice president of contract and design, successfully leading the sales team to realize profi table growth of more than 25 percent. Prior to joining Boelter, he worked for more than 20 years in sales leadership positions with ITW Food Equipment and True Manufacturing. In his new role, Prondzinski


is responsible for strategic sales development and leadership of Boelter’s foodservice industry initiatives nationwide. Prondzinski will continue to be based out of Boelter’s Minneapolis offi ce, reporting to President Eric Boelter.


“Jason has demonstrated excellent leadership skills and has built great credibility within our organization,” Eric Boelter said. “I’m thrilled to be working with Jason and our sales leadership team to

Deacon to president as part of a long-term succession plan orchestrated by the manufacturer’s board of directors. David Rolston, previous president and current CEO, will retain the CEO position for two more years before his planned retirement. Deacon joined Hatco in 2018 as director of global marketing and product development. He was promoted to vice president of global marketing in 2019 and was named executive vice president in 2021. His leadership style and personality fi t Hatco’s employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) culture, resulting in a smooth transition to leadership.
