Innovative Foodservice Group (IFG), a Florida-based dealer specializing in design and consulting, hired Brett Hayes as regional sales manager for the west coast of Florida, taking on the territory from Marco Island to Crystal River. Hayes comes to IFG with a background in retail management, restaurant management and fi eld sales management. He is returning to Florida after a two-year hiatus in Houston, but excited to come back to where he spent 12 years of his career. “We are thrilled to have Brett on board,” said Tony Witts, director of sales. “His enthusiasm, knowledge of the area and the industry will make

Parts Town Parts Town, a company
specializing in the distribution of OEM foodservice equipment parts, hired Kevin Fink as senior vice president, global manufacturer partnerships. In this newly created role, Fink will focus on building deep global partnerships with the industry’s leading manufacturers with an emphasis on improving the customer experience, growing genuine original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts sales, and supply chain simplifi cation. “We are delighted to have a new leader join our team who exemplifi es Parts Town’s values and has proven to be a high-integrity leader,” Chief Commercial Offi cer Clint Holder said. “Following our acquisition of REPA group earlier this year, we have a massive opportunity to partner with manufacturers globally to grow OEM parts sales and improve the customer experience. Fink joins Parts Town after holding several senior leadership roles with leading food equipment manufacturers, including president of Standex Refrigeration, executive vice president of Ali Group, president of Enodis (Welbilt) U.S.A., and several leadership roles at Hobart Corp. “At Parts Town, we almost

Former President Joe Schmitt and Executive Vice President Joe Dodds moved into advisory roles to support the dealer’s continued implementation of its long- term succession plan. Co- owner Geri Schmitt remains in her position as director of human resources for the organization.
