Richard VanderVaart of Redempton Prison Ministries, Atlantic presiding. Rev. Kevin Carter of Faith Presbyterian, Kingston offered the message, Rev. Jonathan Cowan of Trinity Presbyterian, Chatham delivered the charge to the minister, and Rev. Richard VanderVaart gave the charge to the congregation. Finally, on December 3, the Presbytery ordained Randy Lieuwen to the work
of Evangelist to the city of Windsor, ON. The service was held at the Windsor Chinese Alliance Church in Windsor, ON. Rev. Robert Widdowson of Grace Presbyterian, Woodstock, presided over the service. Rev. Jonathan Cowan of Trinity Presbyterian, Chatham brought the message, and Rev. Jeff Kingswood of Grace Presbyterian, Woodstock, delivered the charge to the minister. As an evangelist, Rev. Lieuwen will be working to bring the existing preaching station in Windsor to church plant status. Rev. Collins and Rev. Lieuwen are the first graduates of Gillespie Divinity
school, a ministry of Grace Presbyterian church, Woodstock, ON. Rev. Collins sus- tained his Presbytery floor exam at the spring presbytery meeting in April, 2021. Rev. Lieuwen sustained his floor exam at the fall meeting in September of 2021.?
