Resolution in Loving Memory of Edward Hunter Mils


“He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?” Micah 6:8

 who loved the Lord and freely gave of his time and energy as a deacon, elder and clerk 

Whereas, Ed also served in the South Carolina State Guard, retiring as colonel after   


Whereas, Ed embraced a love of the Lord from the earliest days and strove to ex- hibit an exemplary Christian life. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son and brother who instilled in his family a strong devotion to the Lord and the same values of service to the church and community for the greater honor and glory of God. Each of us has been blessed by the presence of Ed in our lives and in our congregation.


Therefore, be it resolved that we bow in humble submission to God’s perfect plan to gather us until Himself when we have fulfilled our work on this earth and remind the 


Let it further be resolved that we offer our sincere thanks for the life of Edward Hunter Mills and offer our Christian sympathy to the family. A copy of this resolution will be kept in the church archives and a copy published in the ARP Magazine.





 
