future holds, but we are thankful to know the God who holds the future and we trust Him to continue the good work which He began in us.

Greetings to the churches. With current restrictions on gather- ings and various other circum- stances at this time it is not possible to report on our future plans or projects.

As our pastor reminds us, our main goal remains the focus: to advance the good news, make disci- ples and develop leaders.

We pray that we and our brothers and sisters in the Fellowship will not lose heart in these unsettled times. We wish everyone in all the churches of the FEBC a new year of seeing how the hand of God is at work through us in the world. His will be done.

Our congregation has been enjoy- ing the new experience of holding Church services and Bible studies online. We are getting over the ‘aloneness’ of preaching, leading worship songs, and reading Scripture on camera without the presence of the congregation. Meeting over Zoom to study the Bible has been almost as good as meeting in person, when we are not hampered by sporadic internet service.

All our spring program planning has been put on hold until we are

On July 1, Pastor John and Sharon Skillman moved to Churchill, Mon- tana. Our speakers rotated: Dan Morasco, Bible teacher at Lustre Christian High School (LCHS), did a series on the purpose of the church; Steve Trimble did a series on Ephe- sians; Rodney Wall did a series on Psalm 23. Reverend Charles Kelly spoke at our one-day Harvest Festival, which had been postponed to November 22, due to coronavirus restric- tions. We had church services in our cars via FM radio on October 11. We are so thankful for each of these Bible teachers.

A memorial service was held for Joan Trimble on June 27. Steve Trimble, a former missionary, conducted the funeral service November 12 for Rose Rauch, who died of COVID-19. We were very thankful we were able to gather for a careful Christmas cele- bration December 6 with singing and a message by Steve Trimble.

allowed to meet in person, including the annual business meeting. We do not waver in our trust that our God is fully in control and all will return to ‘normal’ in His time.

Ministries in our church continue with Sunday School (Joyful Life), a Ladies Bible Study on Philippians, and prayer meetings on Tuesdays. EMB Women’s Ministry will use Alice Matthew’s “A Woman God Can Use” as a basis for devotionals. The EMB Women’s Ministry had a silent auction and raised $3,956 for six families we support.

Part of our outreach in EMB Women’s Ministry is in prayer for the 27 LCHS students, 12 of whom are in the dorm. Please keep the school in your prayers. Our church dedicated 63 shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child; 18 goodie tins were distributed to shut-ins and elderly in two nearby towns.

Teachers in our congregation, who teach at schools in Wolf Point and Poplar, request prayer for their stu- dents who have lots family members to COVID-19.
