CondoInternet was founded due to overwhelming requests by community associations to develop a high speed/ quality residential internet service that is not currently being served in this market. Why did your company join WSCAI? We have built our entire business by networking and getting to know our customers face to face, rather than by spending the huge dollars marketing ourselves via traditional methods. CAI seems like a great place to meet some people who can appreciate what we have to offer—great service and fair prices.

Managing Owner’s Associations in Spokane County with specialized services, programs, and training.

Areas of expertise: Working with new and developing associations, helping with the bumps and hurdles of

transition to owner boards. Working with underfunded associations to build budgets and goals to help get them on a path to financial health and able to make improvements.

Number of years in industry: Eight years in Association Management, almost 20 in Property Management.

Why did your company join WSCAI? I joined to gain access to training, education, forums, and CA Day!

How would you like to increase your involvement with WSCAI and its members? Looking forward to working with WSCAI to bring events and training to Eastern Washington and helping grow the membership.

applications under development. As a music fan, I regularly attend festivals such as Coachella and Bumbershoot.
