documented workflows, defined documentation standards, and administrative infrastructure built to support clinical work rather than obstruct it. Who we’re looking for: Someone who wants to do honest, careful work and be measured on patient outcomes and visit counts. If you document thoroughly, communicate clearly with referring and co-treating providers, and are comfortable saying “this isn’t a chiropractic case let’s get you to the right person,” you will do well here. New graduates are welcome. So are experienced doctors who are tired of practicing without real support behind them. Why South Richland, and why now. South Richland sits at the base of Badger Mountain in the Tri-Cities, a metro area of roughly 324,000 people that is now Washington’s fourth largest and still adding residents every year. This is a region in the middle of real growth, and the patient base is growing with it. Our Keene Road location is minutes from the Queensgate shopping and dining district, the Columbia River waterfront, and the trailheads at Badger Mountain and Candy Mountain preserves. The Red Mountain AVA and the wineries of the Columbia Valley are a short drive west. The practical case for building a career here: More than 300 days of sunshine a year, and four real seasons without the Westside rain. Housing at a fraction of Seattle or Portland pricing, in a state with no income tax. A ten-to-twenty minute commute from essentially anywhere in the metro. A diverse regional economy anchored by energy, advanced scientific research, agriculture, and food production. Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, WSU Tri-Cities, strong public schools, and a regional airport in Pasco. Skiing, the Blue Mountains, Walla Walla, and the Columbia Gorge all within a comfortable drive. The Tri- Cities is one of the few places left in Washington where a young doctor can build a practice and a life at the same time without betting everything on a mortgage. Some of what we offer: Pay is DOE. Washington paid sick leave. Malpractice coverage. Continuing education allowance. Licensing / association dues reimbursement. Full administrative,

billing, and front-desk support.

Mentorship structure. Requirements. Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) from a CCE-accredited institution. Active Washington State chiropractic license, or license-eligible with board exams scheduled. Current NPI, or ability to obtain prior to start date. Eligible for credentialing with Washington L&I is a must, Medicare, and major commercial payers. Current CPR/BLS certification. Clean licensure and malpractice history. Preferred: Experience with Washington L&I claims, including authorization thresholds and referral requirements. Familiarity with personal injury and PIP documentation standards. ChiroTouch experience or

ability to

learn. Rehab- or soft-tissue-oriented technique background (Graston/IASTM,

ART, myofascial

release, or similar). Radiographic interpretation experience. Conversational Spanish. Expectations. Same-day chart closure and documentation that supports medical necessity.

Willingness to co-

manage cases with PT, massage, acupuncture, and medical providers rather than treat in isolation. Clear treatment-plan communication with patients and referring providers. Participation in weekly team case review. Schedule: drnijjer@yahoo.com

Seattle, Washington. One of the most desirable cities in the country — and one of the few female led chiropractic practices positioned to offer a serious income and a real career path to match it. Competitive base salary structure

| | Transparent bonus Strong six-figure income potential.

What We Are Building. Queen Anne Chiropractic Center has served this community since 1991 — over three decades of trust, family care plans, results, and a loyal patient base. We are not maintaining the status quo. We are expanding, and we are building a team that can lead that growth. This is an adjustment-focused, family-focused practice with proven systems, strong clinical leadership, and a culture that demands more from itself every year. We are building a place where the right doctor can grow fast, earn well, and eventually step into real leadership. If you want to be handed a schedule and forgotten about, this is the wrong place. If you want to be developed, challenged,

care for children through adults, and compensated for results — read on. What You Get. Competitive base salary plus a transparent, achievable bonus structure. Strong six-figure income potential for doctors who show up and grow. Direct mentorship and coaching from experienced clinical leadership. Structured onboarding with clear goals, measurable benchmarks, and real accountability.

Proven

systems — you focus on patients, not reinventing the wheel. Long-term career growth and leadership track for the right person. A thriving, established practice in one of Seattle’s most desirable neighborhoods. Who We Are Looking For? We are not looking for someone who wants to coast. We are looking for a Doctor of Chiropractic who is wired to grow — clinically, personally, and professionally. Licensed in Washington State (or currently in the licensing process). Passionate about chiropractic — you believe in what you do. A strong communicator who builds trust fast with patients. Coachable — you want feedback and you act on it. Accountable — you own your numbers, your outcomes, your growth. Team-first mentality — you make the room better. Hungry to build a career, not just fill a role. sephora23@mac.com

Atlas Spinal Care is looking for a long-term associate chiropractor to join our upper cervical practice, serving patients from the Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR area. This is an ASAP start, full-time role (part-time considered for the right person), with the goal of finding someone who wants to build a lasting career with us — we’re looking for a 3+ year commitment, not a stepping stone. Who We Are. Atlas Spinal Care was built to be the practice our founding doctor needed when she was in the worst stage of her own health. We specialize in Atlas Orthogonal, a precise, low-force upper cervical technique, and we care for patients who have already tried other treatments and other practitioners without getting the results they hoped for. They come to us at the end of their rope, and we take the time to truly listen, understand, and build a plan that finally works for them. Our approach goes beyond the adjustment. We incorporate lifestyle coaching, diet and nutrition guidance, supplementation, exercise and rehab, cold laser therapy (LLLT), and instrument-based adjusting. Because of our technique and philosophy, roughly 95% of our patient care does not involve traditional manual adjustment — a model we believe protects our doctors’ long-term career longevity as much as it protects our patients. You’ll be joining a well-supported team: 3 clinical assistants (rooming patients, x-rays, scribing, exercise/rehab) and 3 front desk team members (check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification), working alongside our current doctor and one other associate.

extensive in-office training directly

Training & Development. You’ll receive from our lead

doctor, covering exams, patient communication, report of findings, soft tissue work, rehabilitation exercises, and LLLT. You’ll also receive Atlas Orthogonal (or adjacent upper cervical technique) training, plus online Activator methods training. Compensation & Benefits. Base salary in the $70,000–$80,000 range, plus a bonus structure based on a percentage of office collections or profit sharing. Health insurance. 401(k). Paid holidays. Vacation / paid time off. Continuing education expenses covered. Malpractice insurance covered. Ready to Build a Long-Term Career in Upper Cervical Care? If you’re passionate about upper cervical chiropractic, want hands-on mentorship from an experienced Atlas Orthogonal practitioner, and are looking for a practice where you can grow for years to come, we’d love to hear from you. Requirements. No prior experience with Atlas Orthogonal is required — what matters most to us is a genuine passion for upper cervical care and a hunger to learn. Experience with Activator protocol is a plus but not necessary; we’ll train you either way. We welcome a wide range of candidates: New graduates fresh out of school. Students seeking a preceptorship that could lead to an associate position. More experienced doctors — especially those who know they don’t want to run their own practice. Doctors transitioning from a different technique or a full-spine background, as long as they’re coachable and excited to learn something new. Above all, we’re looking for

someone warm, collaborative,

inquisitive, and always striving to improve. drnicole.asc@gmail.com
