13 New Educated Business Partners
CAI Illinois held a live, virtual Educated Business Partner class on January 28, 2022. Thirteen business partners learned about the community association industry, CAI history and structure, ethics in working with associations, insurance/risk management, and business partner expectations. They were sent a Grub Hub gift card so they could enjoy a delicious lunch during the optional networking lunch and it concluded with participants taking a 20-question quiz to earn the Educated Business Partner distinction. The distinction helps these individual business partners set themselves apart and confirms their dedication to providing excellence to community associations.
