Our grandfather, Tony Fiannaca Sr., started this business in 1960 after apprenticing at a local shop. When our father Mike joined in the early nineties — leaving gold exploration work be- stability, community, and the chance to build something lasting.
Andy and I joined in 2004, straight out of high school. Neither it became clear — this was where we wanted to be. Today, Andy runs delivery and wholesale; I handle design and sales. We op- erate three locations within a seven-mile radius, meeting weekly to review numbers and work through challenges together.
