NIRI Accomplishments Te Annual Conference was an occasion to review many NIRI accomplishments. “Your NIRI Board of Directors and staff are fo- cused on executing our new strategic plan with goals of growing membership, elevating IR, increasing engagement, and strengthening NIRI for the long term,” NIRI Chair Katie Royce, CFA, Chief Financial Officer at ZenBusiness explained. She highlighted these NIRI achievements during
the first half of 2023: • Relaunched the research program and published the new Earnings Process Practices report.
• Reintroduced print editions of IR Update magazine. • Updated and published the NIRI Standards of Practice for Disclosure.
• Added three organizations to the IRC Approved PDU Provider Program.
• Launched an update of the IR Products & Services Marketplace.
• Kicked off the Think Tank on Capital Market Structure.
Awards and Recognition Many NIRI members were recognized for their achievements and received awards at the conference. The 2023 Class of NIRI Fellows was inducted,
