 The New and Improved TT2524

Based on the proven technology of the Van Vuuren TurfTick, the TT2524 offers improved efficiency and performance with many key upgrades. Its 5-roll Gripper Device features a matrix system on a heavy-duty portal frame with 5 sets of double gripper teeth. Its 24-inch (60.96-cm) floating cutting head perfectly follows the terrain while its high-frequency cutting movement delivers clean, neat rolls. Its hydraulic depth-adjustment ranges from 3-to-35 mm (0.118-to-1.378 inches). Its rotating brush cleans the grass. Its transport and rolling system, with 6 profiled rubber conveyor belts, ensures uniform, compact rolls. Its Collector Device features a robust steel transport chain and a separation function for rejected rolls. Its Control Unit has a high-quality 4-inch (10.16-cm) screen with integrated 4G remote control for external service and adjustment of stacking patterns. Optional: The machine can be delivered on any tractor. It is also available in 16-inch (40.63-cm) and 23-inch (58.42-cm) cutting-widths.

3500 Highest Capacity Sod Harvester 3500 Series

3500, THE NEWEST MODEL FROM VAN VUUREN,

is a true capacity champion with an optimal capacity of 3500 square yards an hour (2926 square meters an hour). The choice of three modular, floating cutting heads—a single (48-in) (121.92-cm), a double (24-in) (60.96-cm), or a triple (16-in) (40.64-cm)—make this machine unique and provide optimal results on any soil type. Because of its large gripper, each pallet is stacked per layer at the same time, a stacking process resulting in a stable pallet. The TurfTick 3500’s roll-up system builds on the reliable, time-proven Van Vuuren roll-up system, with its long-life conveyor belt and various options. Using a flexible rubber tray for rolling protects the grass from breaking. The roll-up system provides smooth, accurate, and gradual rolling. The rubber roll-up gears are maintenance-free, do not wear easily, and deliver top results. For more information, scan the QR-code or visit www.vuuren.com
