LANDSCAPES 2021 Offers Many Networking and Education Opportunities

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN for LANDSCAPES 2021! Don’t miss this opportunity to gather in person in Louisville for three great days of learning and networking. “While we have all done our best to stay connected virtually throughout the pandemic, there is nothing like being together in person,” says Heather Parker, vice president of education and profes- sional services for NALP. “We are looking forward to seeing NALP members in Louisville for LANDSCAPES 2021. It will be a great opportunity to catch up with old friends, make new connections, and take advantage of the great learning opportunities we have lined up.” We will kick off LANDSCAPES on
Tuesday, Oct. 19 with the Welcome Reception. Enjoy reconnecting with your peers over cocktails before heading out
on the town together for the evening. This year’s event will have a mix of old and new networking and learning oppor- tunities. Some of the new events include the LANDSCAPES opening session on Wednesday morning, which will feature NALP leadership updates, award presen- tations, and a featured speaker! Wednesday morning will also feature peer-to-peer specialty discussions for design/build, irrigation, landscape man- agement, lawn care, and snow and ice. During this time, you can connect with your peers in your specialty business line for a discussion of the key issues impacting your business today. There is no additional fee, but pre-registration is strongly encouraged so that we can solicit topics from those who plan to participate. Join us Wednesday evening for an
NALP Network Social. This reception is hosted by the Latino Landscape Network, Women in Landscape Network, and Young Professionals Network and is open to all LANDSCAPES attendees. Thursday morning, the NALP gov- ernment relations team will share an update on political and policy debates that directly impact your business and
the advocacy efforts we’ve undertaken on your behalf.
As for returning favorites, the popular Breakfast with Champions will be held on Wednesday and Thursday.
