Services Provided: Bell-Anderson provides board counselling, bookkeeping, annual budget preparation and overseeing scheduled maintenance and emergency maintenance, including afterhours/holiday emergency coverage. Our staff will work with your association’s attorney, reserve specialist and insurance agent to insure proper governance of your community. Along with counselling and administering the directives of the Board, we also liaison with homeowners and residents.

The owner of Bell-Anderson, Vickie Gaskill, CPM®, MPM®, has not only “written the book” on association management (Community Associations: A Guide to Successful Management), she is a nationwide instructor on a variety of industry topics. Vickie’s philosophy is that we all should be life learners. As such, employees every year are provided with funds to continue their management education. Board members are also given opportunities to learn more about Common Interest Community governance at our free bi-annual Board Training Seminars.
