A number of years back, Bell-Anderson made a conscience decision to commit to the communities and neighborhoods that we operate in. In fact, our entire team worked together and came up with a new Mission Statement for the company, which is: “As innovative leaders, the professionals at Bell-Anderson are dedicated to protecting and enhancing real estate investments in the communities we serve.” We also devised a new Motto: “Our Family Serving Yours.”


          was that, as a company, we needed to become more involved in community service. Many of us recognized that the community had served us very well so it was time for us to serve the community. That’s when we started brainstorming ideas where we could possibly make an impact. Bell-Anderson is not a large corporate company so we knew we were going to have some challenges when it came to raising funds for whatever venture we chose. We realized that this was going to take a commitment from ownership, leadership, and all staff members. If we played our cards right, we also anticipated some support from our homeowners and the tenants in our residential units.




o American Brain Tumor Association (ABTA) - Co-owner, Tim Gaskill passed away as a result of brain cancer. The company raised over $18,000 for ABTA in 2016.
