CondoInternet was founded due to overwhelming requests by community associations to develop a high speed/ quality residential internet service that is not currently being served in this market. We have built our entire business by networking and getting to know our customers face to face, rather than by spending the huge dollars marketing ourselves via traditional methods. CAI seems like a great place to meet some people who can appreciate what we have to offer—great service and fair prices.

transition to owner boards. Working with underfunded associations to build budgets and goals to help get them on a path to financial health and able to make improvements.
