Ferdinand Boyce Royal Crest Condominium
is a homeowner member and serves on the Board of the Royal Crest Condominium in Belltown. First appointed in 2006, Ferdinand served as Chairman for seven years, and is now Treasurer for the Association. Before moving to downtown and condominium living, he and his wife of
56+ years made their home in Clyde Hill. Prior to retiring in 2004, Ferd was President of Tacoma Guitar Co. and before that, VP Marketing of Harman Intl. Industries’ Music Group. He’s honored to serve on WSCAI’s Board of Directors and delighted with the opportunity to contribute to this exceptional group of individuals.
Jackie Davis Fischer Restoration and Fischer Plumbing
has been the Marketing and Business Development Manager for Fischer Restoration and Fischer Plumbing for over seven years. She loves working with customers and meeting new people in the industry every day. She has been actively involved with WSCAI, serving as co-chair of the CA Day Committee and member of the Membership Committee, where she serves as an Ambassador and has also been on the Communications and Made for Manager’s Day Committees. She has enjoyed volunteering for several of the Community Outreach events as well. Jackie graduated from the University of Washington and has spent much of her career producing industry events and trade shows. She’s excited to be a part of WSCAI’s board of Directors again this year!
Linda Hanson Hawthorne Hill Condominium Association
is a homeowner member and serves as President of the Hawthorne Hill Condominium Association in Tacoma. Linda has led the association through a building envelope special assessment, restatement of the Declarations, governance and board leadership best practices and more. Over the last 25 years Linda has provided consulting services to nonprofits on a variety of issues which she hopes will inform her work for WSCAI. Linda has been a consultant for NEWS, the McCleary Education Funding Coalition, for the past 10 years working to make the state legislature accountable for not following the constitution to amply fund K12 education. She served as Washington State PTA President, on several National PTA committees, and worked with K12 education stakeholders covering many issues. Linda is honored to serve on WSCAI’s Board of Directors and thankful for the opportunity to contribute to this incredible organization.
Chelsea Webster, CMCA, PCAM SUHRCO Residential Properties LLC, AMO
joined SUHRCO Residential Properties LLC, AMO in May 2017 and celebrates 13 years in the industry. She currently manages a large portfolio of associations throughout the Puget Sound. Chelsea has been a member of WSCAI since 2008, an Outreach Committee member since June 2012 and an Education Committee member since 2012. Chelsea lives in Issaquah with her husband Bob, step daughter Gabi and Corgi dog, Rylee. She is honored to be on the WSCAI Board of Directors and appreciates the opportunity to work with all of the amazing people in this crazy industry.
