A Time for Play is a series of interactive Play Therapy specific continuing education events. The series teaches mental health practitioners the nine foundational theories of Play Therapy and specific skills and interventions for delivering effective and transformative Play Therapy.

What is unique about the A Time for Play Training Series?


Our series is an intentional review of all of the core and historically significant Play Therapy theories. We introduce clinicians to


the use of different play therapy approaches to provide a wealth of knowledge and skills. This empowers Play Therapist to adjust their approach to meet the developmental needs of clients of any age and stage. We teach


that while Play Therapy always works, the approach of Play Therapy must be adapted to fit the client’s needs.


Season Pass available to attend all twenty in- person Play Therapy trainings offered over the Fall 2023 – Spring 2024 academic year. Obtain up to 150 hours of Play Therapy instruction!
