STEP #11
Be ultracareful with suspicious links.
Always be very careful to check any links sent to you via DM or email that seem to come from Meta or Facebook (or even from trusted friends, as it’s possible they got hacked). Phishing is rampant these days, and the
scammers are getting cleverer by the day; it’s all too easy to fall prey to something that looks too good to be true. If in doubt, do not click!
STEP #12
BONUS STEP
Review browser extensions. Make sure to keep your web
browser up to date and remove any suspicious applications or browser add-ons or extensions.
Download your information. This setting allows you to download
everything you’ve ever posted on Facebook, and it’s a solid best practice for both your personal profile and your business Page, as you would at least own a backup off Facebook (just like you back up your website or blog). I would recommend downloading your
information a minimum of once a year, but you might choose two to four times a year depending on how much you post!

Rectangular Cross
The Rectangular Cross is the mail-friendly cousin of the Cross fold, offering the same physical characteristics of a square Cross built in a proportion that will not incur a surcharge for hand sorting. This format can carry additional light materials, such as rectangular or shaped insert cards.
This folded piece is 17.94" by 12.69" unfolded and finishes to a 6" by 4.25" rectangular format. The Rectangular Cross can be self-mailing; however, it must be designed with USPS FSM guidelines in mind.

This folded piece is 15" by 7.125" unfolded and finishes to a 7.125" by 5.25" rectangular shape. The Coupon Mailer can be mailed without the protection of an envelope; however, it must be designed with USPS FSM specifications in mind.
