Local Businesswoman Recognized with National Managers of Excellence Award

Milwaukee, Wis. (March 13, 2017) – Melanie A. Kuhn, CMCA, AMS, an association manager with Property Specialists, Inc. in Rolling Meadows, has received a Managers of Excellence award from Reserve Advisors. Reserve Advisors established the award in 2009 to recognize leaders in community association management.

KUHN has 20 years of industry experience and currently oversees a diverse portfolio of 10 associations for Property Specialists. Throughout the years, she’s taken advanced CAI classes and credits those as keys to her success.
