istening to water splashing, laughter, and the whistle of lifeguards; feeling the hot summer sun on your skin; and learning how to swim are part of many people’s summer memories. Who hasn’t played the call and response game of Marco Polo in the water? It is even sweeter when the pool is walking distance from your home. There’s almost nothing that sounds more luxurious to potential home or condominium buyers than an on-site swimming pool. Laying poolside in the warmth of the sun is a great way to spend the summer days.
