to be board members. I often tell people that there are too many board members who run for the board because they are either angry over a single issue that affected them, or they


have a personal agenda and the only way to accomplish it is to be on the board. In both of thosef

part that’s missing is the greater concern for the overall association, the unit owners, the physical property and the requirements under the governing documents. While each of thosef

If wef keep as the basis for the songswe play (board meetings) the idea that we are here for the greater good of the association, harmony will win the day. Patience with others and a willingness to negotiate in good faith on issues facing the board is a start. An understanding that someone else needs to be heard does help, along with an understanding that a blended solution can be the path to making beautiful music.
