to Janice Teodoro-Forbes for her work promoting the ISI in District 13 and beyond. A longtime skating coach at Sprinker Recreation Center, Teodoro-Forbes also serves as 1st

vice president on the ISI Executive Committee.

Harry Janto Leo accepted the International Merit Award on behalf of Queenie Wong of ISIAsia. As ISIAsia’s accounting and adminstrative manager, Wong has made substantial efforts in expanding the ISI membership base in Asia.
