2015 AMERICAN TRAILS INTERNATIONAL TRAILS SYMPOSIUM
More opportunities at the Symposium
Symposium hosts Trails
Fair and public events The public is invited to attend the
free kick off event of the International Trails Symposium on Sunday, May 17 at the Oregon Convention Center just across the Willamette River from down- town Portland.
This event will provide the local community and attendees with an opportunity to visit exhibitors and learn about the Symposium and trails around the state and country. The exhibit hall will be open to attendees, guests, and local trail enthusiasts free of charge. In addition, local groups from around the Portland area will provide information tables, presentations, and workshop activities for all ages as part of the 5th Annual Metro Trails Fair. Nonprofits and agencies can host a table at this half-day Trails Fair for only $25 (tables for businesses are $100).

Creative Crossings
showcase trail bridges Recent years have seen the con-
struction of some strikingly beautiful and innovative trail bridge designs. During the International Trails Symposium, trail project managers will have an opportunity to share the beauty of their trail crossings or bridges in the Creative Crossings Photo Gallery. American Trails is proud to show- case those bridges and other trail cross- ings through a photo gallery displayed in the Exhibit Hall at the Symposium, as well as in an online gallery on the American Trails website.
