Guaranty Bank in  promoted Chris Oughton to commercial portfolio manager and Brittany Russom to assistant retail banking manager. Oughton joined the bank in 2014 as a credit analyst and was promoted to credit analyst II in 2018. Russom first joined the bank as a teller in 2014 and returned to the bank in 2017. She was promoted to branch banker specialist in 2019. Guaranty Bank also announced several new team members. Travis Beazley joined the bank’s commercial banking team as a senior vice president and director of SBA lending. He has 10 years of banking experience. Tim Seams was named vice president and commercial relationship manager for the commercial banking team in Neosho. Seams has 26 years of banking experience, serving most recently as branch president. Angela Delahoussaye was named vice president and retail banking group manager and will lead the retail banking operations for five banking centers in Springfield and Ozark. She has more than 25 years of banking experience, serving most recently as a banking center manager in Lafayette, La.

Logan Mathias has joined Guaranty Bank’s information systems team as a senior network engineer. He has nearly a decade of information technology experience.

OakStar Bank in  has named Ryan Lidolph


as Columbia market president. He has more than 15 years of banking experience, including 11 as a commercial lender in the Columbia community. Lidolph will lead OakStar in the Columbia market in the initiation of a loan production office with a commitment to opening a full-service bank in the future.


Brad May was named senior vice president of business development for Pony Express Bank in Liberty. He coordinates business development efforts and brings the bank’s unique and personal services to new and existing customers in the Kansas City marketplace. May has 31 years of experience in banking.

The Callaway Bank in Fulton promoted Jason Ramsey and Ashly Moore to assistant vice president. Since joining the bank in 2015, Ramsey has served as a commercial lender with primary responsibilities of developing and servicing commercial banking relationships in Columbia, Boone County and surrounding areas. Moore currently serves as the branch manager of the North, South and Mokane branches. She joined the bank in 2018 and is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service, day to day operations at each facility and overall management of employees.
