Through these newsletters I feel connected to their lives and their mission. Their newsletters include prayer requests and challenges – it gives you a window into their lives and insight on how to better pray for them and support them. During this period of COVID what are your biggest challenges what are your biggest blessings?
1) Constantly needing to rethink how we do ministry under ever changing regulations Challenge: feel draining. It can feel frustrating to have to constantly cancel, postpone or re-adjust plans. Blessings: with ministry.
2) Pursuing Unity in Christ Challenge: live in fear of the government using this opportunity to take away constitutional rights and freedoms. Blessing: Opportunity to seek to truly listen to the hearts of those around me and seek to point others (& myself!) to Jesus Challenge: current restrictions. Blessings: Plus, technology allows opportunities to share Sunday services, small group discussions and prayer times with others in new ways.
