Share with our readers about your band, and their musical experience. I’m really blessed to have an amazingly talented band family. My husband, Kevin, and I met wanting to put a band together. He’s a       of those “pick up any instrument and play it well” kind of guys! He’s also a worship leader and a talented songwriter. David Hub-  of Nashville. He’s all in every time, and brings great energy to the  session player, Jimmy Nichols, and is immensely talented, bringing a ton of creativity to our sound!


Would you share your music influences of past artists, and current artists?


Some of the artists that come to mind include Martina McBride, Alison Krauss, Dierks Bentley, Carly Pearce, Natalie Hemby, Turn- pike Troubadours and always Miranda Lambert.


You have had some female songwriting events, would you share with our readers those events? I join with NSAI songwriter, Richard Rende, every so often to


 Through those, I’ve had the opportunity to share the stage with very talented female writers, as well the guys! We had Handlebar J owner hit writer, Ray Herndon in on one. You never know who may jump in!


Shari Rowe, you’re the Celebrity Ambassador for the Arizo- na Foster Kids Scott Foundation. Share with our readers your participation in the Scott-Foundation.org and how important the foster kids are too you? 


 positive way. The Scott Foundation changes lives, giving young people in the foster care system the hope, love, and skills they need to reach their full potential as thought and service leaders in their communities. I love having opportunities to raise awareness and much needed funds to keep the program going. It’s very inspiring getting to know the kids and watching them blossom. They are all so special.


Shari Rowe, I mentioned to you last year, which I think you should play Stevie Nicks in a bio documentary movie. Giving your best elevator speech, how would you approach that role? Well, that would be amazing! I’d take it on for sure. I would ap-


- bodying the “fairy godmother of rock and roll”, and getting to sing those legendary songs? Sign me up!


Next time I hear you play live; will you sing “Landslide”? That sounds like a great plan!


What is on the horizon for Shari Rowe? I’ve been focusing on writing, so I’m really looking forward to getting in the studio to record, and to releasing new music. We’ll also be hitting bigger stages beyond the southwest in 2020. It’s always amazing playing in new areas of the country and meet- ing fans, but everywhere we go, I’m always shouting out to the crowd about my home state of Arizona! There’s nothing quite like this beautiful place.
