CT IN THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT CT in the ED Part 1: Basics of CT in the ED 9:00 am – 10:15 am


CT in the ED Part 2: Debates and Controversies of CT in the ED 10:30 am – 12:15 pm


This half-day program is designed to educate those engaged in managing acute chest pain on the benefits and limitations of cardiovascular CT as a diagnostic tool. The program is divided into two sessions. The first session will cover the basic topics in coronary CTA in the ED populations. The second session will include debates on novel and controversial topics.


TECHNOLOGIST AND NURSE WORKSHOP Thursday July 6, 2017 2:30 pm – 6:30 pm


This technologist-specific education consists of programming planned by technologists, for technologists! Topics range from introductory to advanced, and include patient preparation and indications, radiation dose, TAVI, principles and more! This program will offer CE credits, and is a great opportunity to learn from and with SCCT’s Technologist and Nurse Committee.
