JVIR special
collections return On page 23, learn more about the upcoming special collection from the Journal of Vascular and Interventional Radiology celebrating the anniversary of IR becoming a primary specialty. This special section marks a return of curated, focused collections in JVIR.
“Emerging from the pandemic, we need to get off our hamster wheels, take a few steps away for broader perspective, and celebrate our historic accomplishments,” said JVIR Editor-in-chief Daniel Y. Sze, MD, PhD, FSIR. “These accomplishments did not happen by accident–they represent an immense amount of foresight, strategy, savvy and just plain hard work. We also need to start writing chapter 2, where the plot thickens, and new authors contribute.”
Keep an eye out for the primary specialty special collection, as well as an upcoming collection on immuno-oncology..
“It promises to be another timely collection of papers that could have a tremendous impact on the community,” said Dr. Sze.
