Chanele Brothers has joined Condominium Law Group as a Community Association General Counsel attorney. She works with Washington condominium and homeowner associations on a variety of general counsel matters.

Diana Mudwilder joined The Management Trust – CDC, AAMC team at the beginning of June as a Community Association Manager. She started her career in Association Management as an Administrative Assistant. Diana was promoted to the position of On-site Office Manager at a


community with over 850 single family homes, and had a wide array of responsibilities from handling violation enforcement to resolving homeowner concerns.


Diana has completed her degree in Business Management as well as Sales and Marketing, while interning as a Community Association Manager’s Assistant. She continues to take education courses through the Community Association Institute and is pursuing her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation.


Wayne Elliott, Community Association Manager, joined The Management Trust – CDC AAMC team in June. Attending North Seattle Community College and the University of Washington, Wayne studied Economics, and successfully applied that knowledge for 38 years in the


Banking and Mortgage Lending fields. Wayne comes to TMT- CDC with additional experience in the multi-family leasing arena, which has fine-tuned his sense for balancing the needs of compliance with the reality of the impact on peoples’ personal lives. He understands the pride of ownership mind set. 37 years of personal home ownership in the South Snohomish County area, and the management of solely owned rental property, gives Wayne insight into the aging process of structures and the need to plan for replacement.

Lee Durston, senior envelope specialist formerly of the Puget Sound region, is now leading their mid-west operations out of Minneapolis.


Michael Plewacki, senior envelope consultant, has taken the lead in Texas and the Southwest region, joined by Russell Raymond, senior envelope consultant, both based in Houston.

Hospitality and community management professional Kenneth Beebe,


PCAM has expanded Conrad Properties, Inc., his


condominium and homeowners association management company, into the Hawaiian market. After 15 years managing high-rise and luxury properties in the Pacific Northwest, Beebe now resides in Lahaina and desires to help fill the void in Hawaii for skilled employment/ownership. Conrad Properties Inc. is a recent recipient of Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) status, a hallmark of the industry.
