The CAI-IL Board of Directors would like to thank Jerry McNamara for the years of service he has given to the chapter board. Jerry resigned from the board in July and his insights and contribution will be greatly missed. The board referred to the results of the 2015 election and is pleased to announce that Cindy Fitts of CISA Insurance will fill the vacancy on the Board of Directors through February of 2016, at which time she will be up for re-election. Congratulations, Cindy!

Congratulations to Tammy Richmond who recently fulfilled all requirements and earned the

Dedicated Community Association Leader (DCAL) recognition. She joins an elite group of homeowners who are committed to enhancing their knowledge of community association living.
