INDUSTRY NEWS EXPANDS CHICAGO PRESENCE RESERVE ADVISORS


Reserve Advisors has opened a new office at 1103 Westgate Street, Suite 205, Oak Park to better serve its Chicagoland clients. Reserve Advisors has nearly 25 years of experience in the Chicago area and its team of engineers has conducted reserve studies and insurance appraisals for more than 2,000 clients, ranging from high rises and condos in the city to townhomes and homeowner associations in the suburbs.


In addition to its new location, Reserve Advisors has added Corinne Billingsley to its Chicago staff as operations manager. “We know the Chicago area and the unique property conditions that are inherent to the area,” says Billingsley. “We have a team of multi-disciplined engineers who are experienced with building construction and know how weather and time can impact all types of properties.”

KEITH WEBER JOINS


D-WING CONSTRUCTION TO HEAD THE COMPANY’S COMMERCIAL/ MULTI-FAMILY DIVISION


Keith Weber has joined D-Wing Construction as sales director for the Company’s growing commercial / multi-family division. Keith has 28 years of experience in construction, architectural design and problem solving, with a primary focus working with professional management and owners in community associations, apartments and commercial properties.


According to Company President Dave Mirra, bringing Keith into the D-Wing family will have a tremendous impact on the division’s growth over the next several years.


“Keith is an experienced, respected and honored industry veteran who is known for his association work serving on boards and working on committees in addition to his focus in working with commercial and multi-family accounts,” said Dave.
