Make a tax deductible contribution for a good cause

The FJSF was established by CAI in the name of the late Frank Jara, a beloved Property Manager who worked feverishly to establish education and professional certification programs for managers. For over 6 years now the FJSF has been providing Property Managers with scholarships to cover the cost of seminars and other continuing education programs.

The average cost of one PMDP course is $450. Our goal for 2015-2016 is to raise and award $10,000 in scholarships to Property Managers. This can only be accomplished by the generous donations of those that serve the Community Associations Industry. We hope you will join us in our mission of education.

18 | COMMON INTEREST®

FJSF is a 401C3 Corporation. Your donation can be made via check payable to ‘Frank Jara Scholarship Fund’ and mailed to the CAI Chapter Office. Please contact Co- Chairs Mindy Maggio at mmaggio@rosenthalbros. com or Mike Baum at mikeb@baumprop.com with any questions. We will feature the names of those that have made a contribution in the next issue of Common Interest.

Look for a mailing that will be sent in August that will give information regarding a call for Board Nominations. If you have fundraising skills and are passionate about volunteering for a good cause, please consider running for the FJSF Board!
