to CAI-IL’s Newest DCAL Recipients

The following people recently fulfilled all requirements and earned the Dedicated Community Association Leader (DCAL) recognition. They join an elite group of homeowners who are committed to enhancing their knowledge of community association living.

DCAL stands for “Dedicated Community Association Leader” and the education program is designed specifically for volunteer leaders who wish to improve their community association and reduce the frustration in running it. The program includes 7 Modules to help you understand:

Governing your association, Meetings & Elections, Fair Practices/Ethics, Rules & Regulations, Insurance/Risk Management, Understanding Financials: Budgets, Reserves & Reports, and Essentials of Community Association Leadership
