behavioral health struggles and coping strategies. The app also provides access to construction-specific training courses covering mental health 101, suicide prevention and support, recovery first aid (substance use), and how to check in on a co-worker to offer support.
• Confidential peer support coaching line for individuals and families to ask questions of trained peers regarding behavioral health issues. As needed, employees will also receive dedicated, one-on-one peer coaching.
• Support and access for family members. Inclusive family support is vital to successful, long-term outcomes, so family members have access to the benefits of Youturn Health at no additional cost.
Youturn Health also provides your company and leadership team with quar-
terly toolkits with sample communications, toolbox talks, and information on behavioral health topics to keep employees engaged with Youturn Health as well as a monthly newsletter with timely content to share. All Youturn Health content and communications are founded on evidence-based learning models and prov- en psychological principles to ensure connection with the end user. Youturn Health “talks” about these issues in a more humane and down to
earth manner. This leads to higher levels of engagement and ultimately better results. When you combine the convenience of online, self-paced learning with best in class coaching support, engagement increases and outcomes improve.
