Although he formally sold his interest in the company two years ago, C.C. Myers continued to be a regular presence at the office up until his passing and still loved to spend time immersed in the details of bridge building. “He was always into


estimating bridges, looking at how can we build a bridge better, what kind of false- work we’re going to use,” Myers added. “Tat’s really what he loved.”


Carrying on a Legacy As Clinton Myers carries on his father’s legacy for delivering fast, safe, and quality construction projects at the company they shared, he has also taken an active


role helping lead the industry through active involvement and leadership with AGC of California and the AGC Con- struction Education Foundation (CEF), where he is a past chair and board mem- ber. Myers & Sons continues as a major sponsor of CEF. Clinton Myers said his own passion for helping build a future workforce in the construction industry through the CEF in many ways ties directly back to his father. “I think I am so passionate about the
