OverOver the 16-plus years since she joined Accurate Firestop, Divers has advanced through virtually every position at the company, from administrative, estimating and payroll to project engineer, project manager, business manager, and sales.

She brought her signature optimism, en- thusiasm,, energy, and eagerness to learn to every role as she got to know every facet offacet of the business, working under the tutelage of impactful mentors that included her father, company President Javier R. Lucatero. A first-generation immigrant who came to the U.S. from MexicMexico in 1990 to realize the American dream, Lucatero joined the company as a partner in 2001 and took full ownership in 2011.
