he spring semester kept up with the same enthusiasm as the fall


for the Beta Mu chapter Zips at Southern Illinois University! We inducted the 17 new chapter mem- bers at the end of the fall semester, at our annual Holiday party at Dr. Par- malee’s party barn. Te beginning of


the spring semester started off strong as we volunteered our time cooking homemade dishes at our local Ronald McDonald house in St. Louis. Tis year’s theme was Mexican cuisine! We continue the semester fun with a trip to a Blue’s hockey game against the Minnesota Wild. Next up, was the Xi Psi Phi Hospitality meeting at the annual Chicago Midwinter Meet- ing. We also elected a brand new group of officers for our upcoming
