Ferd Boyce lives in happy retirement with Clare, his dear wife of 60+ years, at the Royal Crest Condos in Belltown, where he’s served on the Board for 17 years as Chair and now Treasurer. Ferd has also been fortunate to have served for 6 years on the Board of WSCAI.

Paul Duffy is a Principal at RDH Building Science, a building enclosure consulting firm in Seattle. He assists building owners by providing project management services for their building exterior investigations, design reviews, and repair projects. He also leads construction management operations in the Seattle office.
Kenji Kumai is a sales representative for Malarkey Roofing Products in Washington state. He has worked in the construction industry for more than three decades and has been with Malarkey for half that time. When he’s not discussing industry-leading roofing products with homeowners and contractors, Kenji enjoys playing golf, hiking, and spending time with family.
Joy Steele CMCA, AMS is a Community Manager for HOA Organizers, Inc. and also a member of National Society of Newspaper Columnists, and Toastmasters. In her spare time, she enjoys pursuing creative endeavors and spending time with loved ones.
Jim Talaga, RS, is the President of Association Reserves WA. Their team has completed over 14,000 reserve studies since 1986, employing a collaborative approach leveraging staff degrees, credentials in the fields of: Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Business, Accounting, Real Estate Valuation and Association Management. Jim is a former member of the WSCAI Board and LAC for over a decade providing subject matter expertise and the review of legislation.
