Cagianut & Company, CPA is proud to announce that staff member Mary Victory’s daughter Meaghan Victory, was the Top 2010 Fundraiser Nationwide for the Arthritis Foundation. As one of the honorees of the Seattle Jingle Bell Run/Walk, Meaghan (age 14) raised $11,975 to help fund research, programs & services. Team Victory raised almost $20,000 which ranked fifth nationally.


EMB Management, an Associa company, is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Alena Alonichava, CPA to Chief Financial Officer and the addition of Lyn Archer, CMCA, AMS, PCAM to the position of Community Association Manager. Alonichava, brings more than 10 years of financial experience to her new position. Alonichava has previously worked at a manufacturing company as the head of the Financial Department and later became CEO.

Lyn Archer has nearly seven years of experience in master, mixed-use, condominium and homeowner associations, as well as experience in commercial management and real estate. Archer was honored as the Washington State Community Association Institute (WSCAI) Volunteer of the Year in 2010. She also is the chair of WSCAI Green Living Committee and has written numerous articles for WSCAI’s Community Associations Journal.


Chantelle Mitchell, joined the WPM South team as Community Association Manager. She started her career in Hawaii working for one of the largest premium master-planned communities on Oahu. Chantelle relocated here to Washington where she was given the opportunity to excel further in this industry in the field of portfolio management. Her extensive experience provides a greater understanding of association management on a larger scale and specializes in assisting homeowners and board members in resolving problems and saving money for their Association. Chantelle holds the CMCA certification and AMS designation. She thoroughly enjoys Association Management and looks forward to continued success one property at a time.
